Your Day-to-Day
You’ll play an important role in supporting our kitchen operations by:
- Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
- Washing dishes, cookware, and kitchen tools efficiently
- Assisting with basic food preparation as required
- Ensuring waste is managed correctly and work areas remain organised
- Supporting chefs and kitchen team during busy service periods
- Following food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards at all times
- Replenishing supplies and assisting with stock organisation
What We’re Looking For
- Previous kitchen or stewarding experience preferred
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Robust attention to cleanliness and detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
