About your role
Are you an Accounts Payable Officer with a strong work ethic, and drive for quality? This might be the role for you!
As our AP Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of the AP function by processing high volumes of invoices and claims, maintaining creditor accounts, and delivering excellent service to internal and external stakeholders. You'll be confident using Excel and comfortable working across both system-based and manual processes, bringing a proactive, can-do approach to your role.
Duties:
- Process a high volume of invoices and claims accurately and efficiently, ensuring all documentation, approvals, and procurement requirements are met.
- Utilise advanced Excel functions, including formulas, XLOOKUPs and pivot tables, to support reporting and reconciliation activities.
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to supplier and stakeholder enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Apply your understanding of accounting principles, chart of accounts structures, and financial processes to support quality outcomes.
- Champion adherence to policies and procedures while contributing to process improvements and financial best practice across the organisation.

Your skills and experience
We want you to be successful in your new role! This means you'll have:
- Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable, with a strong track record managing high-volume invoice processing.
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, XLOOKUPs, and pivot tables.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
- A proactive,
solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to identify and resolve issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders across the business.
- Experience working with finance systems; Dynamics 365 experience will be highly regarded.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field, and/or equivalent industry experience.
