You already understand how buildings operate. Now turn that experience into a facilities career.
Perhaps you coordinate trades, schedule maintenance, manage service requests or support the daily operation of a building, site or property portfolio. You may work in facilities, maintenance services, trade services, technical operations, building operations or property support. Whatever your title, you understand that reliable buildings depend on planning, communication and following every action through.
You know how contractors work. You can organise access, keep stakeholders informed and recognise when an issue needs attention. What you may not yet have is the Facilities Coordinator title or a clear pathway into the commercial property industry.
This role gives you that pathway. You will join CBRE on a premium Sydney CBD commercial asset with a retail component within the IFM Investors portfolio, working with experienced people who can help you translate your transferable skills into broader facilities capability.
This for someone already close to buildings, maintenance, technical services or operations who wants a more visible role and a long-term career in facilities management.
Here's what you'll focus on

- Support site inspections, record actions and help drive issues through to resolution.
- Maintain accurate facilities, contractor, purchasing and compliance records.
- Respond to tenant and building enquiries with a practical, service-led approach.
- Learn how a premium commercial asset is managed safely, reliably and professionally.
