Join a warm, supportive team where outstanding customer service is genuinely valued

Leon’s Fine Dry Cleaning is a family-owned and operated business with a proud reputation for quality, care, and genuine customer service.

We specialise in caring for garments and household items, from office wear and everyday pieces to bridal and evening wear. Our team combines the fine traditions of hand-valeting with modern fabric-care technology to deliver a personalised experience our customers trust.

We are looking for a welcoming, reliable front-counter customer service person to become part of our small, supportive team. This role may suit someone seeking either full-time or casual work.

This is a customer-service focused role, so you will not be required to do any dry cleaning. You will greet customers, take in garments and orders, enter details into our state-of-the-art system, and check completed orders to ensure every garment is ready to be returned with care.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

- Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence working in a small team environment
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to keep things running smoothly
- Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn our system
- A strong work ethic and reliable approach to your work
- A great eye for detail, with a friendly and professional manner

No dry-cleaning experience? No problem — we will support and train you in this role.

If you are interested in joining a friendly, family-run business where customer care and attention to detail matter, we would love to hear from you. Please forward your CV and cover letter to us. Please do not phone — we will contact shortlisted applicants to arrange an interview.

Pay: $33.00 – $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 38.0 per week

Work Location: In person
