About your opportunity:
In this position you will...
Lead the implementation of programs through effective use of teams, establishing transparent plans, timelines and specific activities.
Develop and implement management support for change processes, risk management practices and service improvement activities.
Use effective communication skills to influence and convince staff, clients and the public including on sensitive matters requiring tact and diplomacy.
