About the Role
As a Fire Electrician / Programmer for AMPAC, MX/1, Vigilant & Notifier, you will play a critical role in ensuring life safety systems operate reliably and remain compliant with Australian Standards and regulatory requirements.

You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, testing, fault-finding and commissioning of a broad range of fire systems across metropolitan Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities

- Service, maintain and test fire detection and alarm systems
- Fault find and repair fire protection systems
- Install and commission fire panels and associated equipment
- Conduct emergency warning and intercom system (EWIS) testing
- Complete electronic service reports and compliance documentation
- Ensure all works are performed safely and in accordance with relevant standards
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Participate in on-call rosters when required

What We're Looking For

- A Grade Victorian Electrical Licence
- Experiencing using Programmer for AMPAC, MX/1, Vigilant & Notifier
- Proven experience working with fire detection systems
