We are a small, hands-on team of 3 looking for a reliable and experienced Tiler to join our growing business. Working mainly on residential and small commercial projects around Brisbane city area, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality tiling work. This role is ideal for someone with solid trade experience who enjoys variety, takes pride in their craft, and values being part of a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and level surfaces before tiling.
- Measure, cut, and lay various types of tiles (ceramic, porcelain, stone, etc.).
- Mix and apply adhesives and grout to ensure a professional finish.
- Follow layout plans, drawings, and site specifications.
- Perform tile repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Maintain a clean and secure job site.
- Communicate clearly with the team and occasionally with clients.
- Work efficiently, both independently and alongside others.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a qualified tradesman.
- Proven ability to complete high-quality tiling work with attention to detail.
- Good spoken and written English – must be able to follow instructions and communicate on-site.
- Physically fit and capable of manual work in various conditions.
- Own basic tiling tools and reliable transport (essential).
- Positive attitude, reliable, and punctual.
