Reporting to the Production Line Lead, you'll prepare, process and pack food products to a high standard of quality and safety. Your duties will include:

- Marinating chicken, preparing sauces, portioning and packing products
- Washing, cutting, mixing and packing fresh vegetables
- Operating equipment safely, including mixers, slicers, fillers and packing machines
- Following production plans and SOPs, and making sure every product has the correct weight and label
- Following HACCP, GMP, hygiene and temperature-control requirements, and completing temperature checks
- Wearing PPE, and reporting hazards, near misses and quality issues straight away
- Keeping your work area clean and disposing of waste correctly
- Working as part of a supportive production team

About you

Essential:

- You can follow instructions, SOPs and safety procedures
- You have strong attention to detail and basic numeracy




- You're comfortable standing for long periods, lifting and doing repetitive tasks
- You're reliable and punctual

Desirable:

- Experience in food manufacturing, poultry handling or fresh produce processing
- Familiarity with HACCP and GMP standards
