About the Role

As a Production Assistant (Kitchen Hand), you’ll work alongside our kitchen team to help prepare and deliver quality meals while keeping the kitchen clean, safe and running smoothly.

Your day may include:
Assisting with food preparation and meal production
Supporting chefs and kitchen staff with daily kitchen operations
Washing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment
Cleaning and maintaining kitchen and food preparation areas
Safely handling and storing food and ingredients
Following food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures
Helping with stock handling and kitchen organisation
Working as part of a supportive team to deliver quality service





Skills and Experiences:
What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to be a qualified chef. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.

You’ll bring:
Reliability and a strong work ethic
A positive, team-focused attitude
Pride in maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
The ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
Good communication and a willingness to follow instructions
A genuine interest in food and hospitality

Previous kitchen, catering or hospitality experience is an advantage, but not essential for the right person.
