About the role

As a Beautician, you will deliver a range of professional beauty treatments while providing every client with a highly personalised, premium experience. Our business focuses on delivering premium brow, lash, facial, advanced skin, and body-waxing services to clients who value exceptional results, professional service, and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

- Performing brow and lash treatments to a high professional standard
- Performing eyelash extension services where qualified and experienced
- Delivering professional facial and advanced skin treatments
- Performing qualified body-waxing services
- Conducting thorough client consultations and understanding individual client needs, preferences and desired outcomes
- Recommending suitable services, treatment plans and appropriate professional skincare and home-care products
- Maintaining excellent attention to detail, symmetry, precision and finish
- Maintaining strict hygiene, cleanliness and treatment-room standards
- Building strong relationships with clients and encouraging repeat visits
- Working collaboratively with the wider team and representing the brand professionally at all times

About you

- Proven hands-on experience in an Australian salon or beauty environment




- Strong practical experience in brow and lash services
- Experience with facials and skin treatments
- Experience with body waxing
- Strong client consultation and communication skills
- Excellent spoken English
- Strong customer service and client-satisfaction skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- High standards of personal presentation and hygiene
- Reliable, punctual and professional with strong work ethic and positive attitude

Pay: $26.50 – $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25.0 per week
