Whether it’s helping someone return to their favourite activity, improve their balance or feel confident moving again, your work can make a lasting difference.

At Healthy Connections, you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships, develop your clinical skills and contribute your ideas alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team.

We’re looking for an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who brings sound clinical thinking, kindness and a collaborative approach. New graduates and experienced clinicians are welcome to apply.

A role with purpose and variety

Healthy Connections is the allied health service of Burnie Brae, a community-focused not-for-profit supporting people across North Brisbane and Moreton Bay to live active, independent and connected lives.

Based at our Chermside clinic, you’ll deliver services in the clinic and clients’ homes, working primarily with older adults, alongside people living with disability and chronic health conditions.

You’ll join around 25 allied health professionals, including Exercise Physiologists with diverse experience, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, AHAs and Remedial Massage Therapists. It’s an environment where you can ask questions, share knowledge and work together to achieve better outcomes.

Why join our team?

- Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate care and support meaningful client outcomes.

- Maintain accurate, timely clinical records and communicate clearly with clients, carers and relevant health professionals.

- Help develop programs and client education resources, with opportunities to contribute to blogs and other service promotion activities.

What you’ll bring

You’re someone who listens carefully, builds rapport and recognises that progress looks different for every person. You take responsibility for your work, welcome feedback and enjoy contributing to a team.

You’ll also need:
