Located one of Adelaide's most iconic laneway, we operate in a small team of talented and creative chefs.
Leigh Street Wine Room is a wine-forward bistro, where you can find bottles from near and far, accompanied by carefully prepared modern mediterranean and french style cuisine.
We are looking for individuals who work well in a small team, are proactive and who have a positive attitude.

Junior Sous Chef
Leading into a Sous Chef role in the new year
Competent across larder, grill and pans; ability to run a section; able to work well in a team as well as autonomously; punctual. reliable and available to work nights and weekend.
- Kitchen experience is a must
- Good presentation
- Excellent knife skills
- Able to work in a tight knit team
- Opportunity to work in a creative kitchen surrounded by talented professionals
- Willingness to learn
