La Fiamma Pizzeria-Ristorante, located in Ettalong Beach, is seeking a reliable Cook to join our kitchen team.
About the role
- Part time or full time position available
- Preparing and cooking pasta dishes, entrées and other Italian dishes
- Cutting and finishing wood-fired pizzas for service Pizza topping preparation and portioning
- Daily food preparation and mise en place
- Helping develop new dishes, specials and seasonal menu ideas Bringing creativity and good presentation to our dishes
- Maintaining consistency, quality and portion control
- Working closely with the kitchen and pizza team Keeping a clean, organised and efficient kitchen
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen , Passion for Italian food and quality ingredients
Creativity and confidence to contribute new ideas
Good organisation and attention to detail Reliable and able to work well under pressure
Positive attitude and strong teamwork Available to work weekends
