Responsibilities
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines and brand standards
- Set up and refresh window displays, in-store fixtures and promotional zones
- Execute seasonal launches, sale changeovers and product resets
- Maintain high presentation standards throughout trading periods
- Replenish stock and ensure accurate product placement and signage
- Identify and report stock or visual issues to relevant stakeholders
- Work efficiently within tight deadlines and varying store environments
Your Profile
- Previous experience in visual merchandising, retail presentation or brand activation
- Strong understanding of department store environments
- Professional presentation and confident communication skills
- Ability to work independently while following brand guidelines
- Adaptable and reliable approach to casual campaign work
- Availability for weekends, early mornings or late-night retail setups when required
- Ability to travel across Mackay locations as required
