Hi, we are seeking for current kitchen crew to join our restaurant, specialise in Japanese cuisine. We are located in Milsons Point with just 2 minutes walk from the Train Station. Basic Japanese cooking experienced is required. We need someone who loves culinary, passionate in cooking, clean, hardworking, enthusiastic cook to help us handle a fast-paced busy environment.

To apply for this role, you must:

1) Be able to work on 5 days in a week (Include Saturday and Sunday). Other days can be discussed based on availability

2) Fast, clean and organized

3) Punctual and reliable

4)Be able to follow instructions from senior staff

5) Basic experience in Japanese cooking is prefered

6) Love Japanese food :))

Some key responsibilities:

1. Prepare and cook Japanese dishes (ramen, udon, and stir fry)

2. Ensure food quality, presentation and consistency

3. Assist with stock control and food preparation
