We are currently seeking a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Technician to join our Brisbane Warehouse & Operations Team.

About the Role

This role combines warehouse operations with basic electrical equipment preparation, testing, maintenance and event support. It is ideally suited to someone with practical electrical knowledge who enjoys working with their hands and takes pride in preparing equipment to a high standard.

Whether you're an experienced Warehouse Operator with electrical knowledge, a Trade Assistant, a Test & Tag technician, or a mature-age worker looking for consistent and meaningful work, we'd love to hear from you. A current LF Forklift and High Reach forklift experience will be highly regarded.

What You’ll Be Doing

Warehouse Operations / Electrical Equipment Preparations & Maintenance

- Pick, pack and prepare event equipment for upcoming projects, including leads, power boards, switch boards, lighting systems, and event infrastructure for for dispatch.
- Test and tag electrical equipment in accordance with company procedures.
- Inspect electrical leads, power distribution equipment, switchboards and lighting products.
- Perform basic fault finding and troubleshooting.
- Complete minor repairs and replacement of plugs, sockets, connectors and consumable components where appropriate.
- Clean, inspect, repair, and prepare equipment so it is ready for the next job.




- Identify damaged or non-compliant equipment and remove it from service.
- Maintain accurate records of testing, repairs and equipment status.
- Support preventative maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and work closely with our Electrical Project Manager and contractors.
- Excellent Opportunity to support projects across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and Interstate.

Safety, Teamwork & Compliance

- Follow all workplace health and safety requirements, including safe manual handling.
- Keep work areas clean, organised and free from unnecessary hazards.
- Ensure equipment is tested, tagged and compliant before dispatch.
- Work closely with Warehouse Supervisors, Project Managers, Team Leaders, Transport and Operations teams.
- Take ownership of tasks and contribute to a positive, reliable team culture.
- Support time-critical event delivery by preparing equipment accurately and on schedule.

What We’re Looking For

- Basic electrical knowledge or practical electrical experience.
- Experience using hand tools and performing minor repairs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Current LF Forklift Licence.
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and able to complete manual handling duties.




- Strong awareness of workplace health and safety.
- Able to follow instructions and work well within a team.
- Full Australian working rights

Highly Regarded

- Current Test and Tag qualification.
- Experience working with power distribution, electrical leads, switchboards or lighting equipment.
- High Reach forklift experience.
- Experience with stock control or warehouse systems.
- Experience in events, exhibitions, logistics or equipment hire.
- MR or HR truck licence.

Pay: $36.00 – $43.00 per hour

- Electrical: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (Preferred)
