Role Overview We are seeking an experienced technician capable of independently diagnosing and repairing a wide range of mobile devices, with a strong focus on major brands like Apple, Samsung Galaxy, and Google Pixel. The ideal candidate will have steady hands, a deep understanding of mobile hardware, and a proven track record of successfully executing both common and complex repairs.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete Device Repairs: Perform precise, high-quality hardware repairs across a variety of devices, including screen replacements, back glass repairs, battery replacements, and charging port replacements.
- Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Accurately diagnose hardware and software issues to determine the most effective and economical repair solution.
- Quality Control: Thoroughly test all devices post-repair to ensure full functionality before returning them to the customer.
- Customer Communication: Explain technical issues and repair processes to customers in a clear, friendly, and easily understood manner.
- Workspace Management:



Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation, ensuring all tools and delicate components are properly stored.
- Inventory Tracking: Assist in managing stock levels for screens, batteries, charging ports, and other essential parts, notifying management when reordering is necessary.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Proven Experience: Demonstrated professional experience in mobile phone and tablet repair.
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in opening and repairing modern smartphones without causing collateral damage. Specifically highly skilled in screen, back glass, battery, and charge port replacements.
- Brand Familiarity: Deep familiarity with the internal architecture of iPhones, Samsung Galaxy devices, and Google Pixels. Experience with MacBook or laptop repairs is a strong bonus.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent manual dexterity and extreme care when handling fragile components, ribbon cables, and small screws.
- Time Management: Ability to work efficiently and meet repair turnaround times in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Rights: Valid rights to work in Australia.
