iPadel Melbourne is looking for a friendly and reliable Barista / Café All-Rounder to join our team.
This is a relaxed hospitality role within our padel club. The main duties are simple café service and helping look after our members and guests.
Main duties include:
- Making coffees and basic café drinks
- Preparing simple sandwiches and light food
- Heating and selling pizza slices
- Serving customers at the counter
- Processing payments
- Keeping the café and food preparation area clean and organised
- Restocking drinks and food when required
- Providing friendly customer service to club members and visitors
This is not a heavy kitchen or chef role. Food preparation is simple, and the position is mainly focused on coffee, light food preparation and customer service.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has basic barista or café experience
- Is friendly, positive and confident with customers
- Is clean, organised and reliable
- Can work independently when required
- Is happy to help with general hospitality duties
- Has positive communication skills
Previous café or hospitality experience is preferred, but we are also happy to consider someone with the right attitude who is willing to learn.
Location: iPadel Melbourne – Reservoir
Casual / part-time hours available, with the possibility of additional hours as the business grows.
