Relegance Hair & Beauty is a premium, client-focused salon in Seven Hills, Western Sydney. We are looking for an experienced Senior Hairdresser to join our growing team.
We are looking for someone who is confident behind the chair, passionate about beautiful hair and takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience.
About the role
You will work with a wide range of clients and be responsible for delivering high-quality salon services, particularly colour, balayage, foiling, cutting and styling.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver professional hairdressing services to a high standard
- Balayage, foiling, highlights and colour services
- Colour corrections and colour transformations
- Women’s cutting and styling
- Blow-drying and finishing
- Client consultations and personalised recommendations
- Maintain excellent hygiene and salon standards
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Recommend suitable qualified haircare products when appropriate
- Work confidently both independently and as part of a team
What we’re looking for
- Qualified and experienced hairdresser
- Previous senior-level salon experience preferred
- Strong skills in colour, balayage and foiling
- Confident with women’s cutting and styling
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage your clients confidently
- Good English communication skills
- A genuine passion for the hair industry

- Balayage and lived-in colour
- Blonde transformations
- Colour corrections
- Foiling and highlights
