VIP Host/Hostess – Brisbane Venues

Luna Group Hospitality is looking for confident, energetic, and customer-focused Bottle Service Hosts to join our team across our Brisbane nightlife venues.

As a Bottle Service Host, you will help create an unforgettable VIP experience for our guests. You will welcome and seat booth bookings, coordinate bottle service orders, promote packages, and ensure each group receives attentive, professional service throughout the night.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a high-energy nightlife environment, and has the confidence to deliver premium service while supporting sales.

Key responsibilities:

- Welcoming VIP guests and escorting them to their allocated booths
- Confirming bookings, guest details, deposits and minimum-spend requirements
- Explaining bottle service menus, packages and available upgrades
- Promoting additional bottles, packages and celebration add-ons
- Providing controlled access to QR ordering menus when requested
- Monitoring booths and regularly checking in with guests
- Coordinating orders and presentations with the bottle service, bar and management teams
- Assisting with birthday, celebration and special-event presentations
- Ensuring booth areas remain clean, organised and well presented
- Monitoring alcohol service and escalating RSA concerns to management
- Communicating guest requests or issues promptly and professionally
- Following all venue, safety and responsible service procedures




- Supporting accurate order, docket and commission records where required

About you:

- A current Queensland RSA certificate
- Previous experience in bottle service, hosting, hospitality, sales or customer service is preferred
- Confident, friendly and comfortable approaching and engaging with guests
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-focused without compromising responsible service
- Highly organised and attentive to detail
- Able to remain professional and composed in a busy environment
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- A positive attitude and strong team mentality
- Available to work late nights, weekends and public holidays
