LSV Services is a grounds maintenance company based in Tumut, working across the Snowy Valleys and Riverina. We look after lawns, gardens and properties for residential, commercial and government clients. This is our first crew hire - a genuine ground-floor chance to help shape the team as the business expands.
About the role
We're looking for a loyal, teachable crew member to join the team. To begin with, you'll be working directly alongside the owner - learning how we do things and getting hands-on training.
You'll start by learning the core skills of the industry: operating a zero-turn mower, brushcutting and weed spraying, along with general site upkeep and green waste removal. As you find your feet and prove yourself, you'll progress onto more advanced work like hedge trimming, pruning, gutter cleaning and broader grounds and property maintenance.
No two days are the same, and we're open to applicants of all experience levels - if you've got the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we'll train you on the rest.
What you'll be doing
- Mowing, whipper-snipping and edging
- Hedging,
pruning and general garden maintenance
- Green waste removal and keeping sites clean and tidy
- General grounds and property upkeep
- Loading, unloading and basic care of equipment
- Representing LSV Services professionally on client sites
What we're looking for
- A strong work ethic, reliability and good time-keeping
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work and happy working outdoors
- Able to work well on your own and as part of a crew
- Grounds or landscaping experience is welcome, but we're happy to train the right person
