About the role
As a key member of Nucleus Network’s People & Culture team, the People & Culture Advisor is responsible for providing expert HR advice, supporting people initiatives, and ensuring best-practice employee experiences across the organisation.
This role partners closely with leaders and employees to deliver people-focused solutions that support business objectives and foster an engaging workplace culture.
Working alongside a collaborative and experienced team, you will contribute to workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, engagement initiatives,



and HR projects that drive organisational success.

Key responsibilities

- Partner with leaders and employees to provide trusted, practical advice on people matters, supporting positive employee experiences and business outcomes.
- Deliver end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and offboarding.
- Coach and support managers in navigating employee relations matters, performance conversations, workplace investigations, and policy application.
- Lead and contribute to People & Culture initiatives that enhance employee engagement, capability development, wellbeing, diversity, and organisational culture.
- Analyse people data and workforce trends to identify insights, inform decision-making, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and improve HR policies, procedures, systems, and compliance practices to ensure alignment with employment legislation and organisational objectives.
- Build strong relationships across the business, acting as a trusted partner and champion for Nucleus Network's values, culture, and people strategy.
- Support and drive People & Culture projects that strengthen organisational effectiveness, employee experience, and operational excellence.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a Human Resources, People & Culture, or HR Advisory role.
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the business.
