PART-TIME DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKERS - FIRE 4 CHANGE
Fire 4 Change is seeking four experienced Disability Support Workers for part-time positions, with an immediate start available.

These roles suit workers with strong availability and flexibility who are confident supporting a range of participants and support needs.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Up to approximately 25 participant support hours per week may be available, subject to participant matching, participant needs and service requirements.

The role may include personal care, community access, daily living support, transport, social support and other participant-specific supports within the worker's role, competence and training.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO Have relevant disability/support work experience

- Are confident and willing to provide personal care
- Have high availability and flexibility
- Have solid spoken and written English communication skills for participant communication, documentation and shift notes




- Are reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Can complete accurate shift notes and required documentation
- Can support a range of participants and support needs
- Have current required worker screening/checks and relevant documentation ready

EMPLOYMENT & PAY
Part-time employment.
Pay is in accordance with the applicable SCHADS Award classification, currently recruited at Level 2.1, with applicable award entitlements.
