Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you will keep public areas clean and well presented, support the team with linen and supplies, and respond promptly to guest requests.
What you will be doing
- Cleaning and maintaining public areas, including vacuuming, dusting and mopping.
- Collecting soiled linen and transporting it to the designated linen area.
- Removing rubbish and supporting responsible waste management.
- Completing carpet cleaning and special cleaning projects as required.
- Providing friendly service and helping guests with enquiries about hotel facilities.
- Using cleaning products and equipment safely, including correct manual handling techniques.
What you will bring
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering consistent standards.
- A friendly approach and clear communication skills.
- The ability to safely perform physical tasks, including moving linen, equipment and guest supplies.
Availability
We have work available for 2 to 3 days per week. This role suit someone looking for regular work within a supportive hotel team, with flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
