PT Wanted in Yellingbo, VIC

**Keep What You Earn. Leads Provided. Real Support.**

- Yellingbo, VIC | Casual | start immediately

- $40.17 to $55 per hour depending on ongoing client hours, plus super and commission

- Build to 20 to 30+ paid hours/week

## So What Is the Catch?

None, really. Just a bar to clear. This fits if you are:

- **Reliable.** People can count on you to be there and be ready.

- **Structured.** You track your clients, plan your sessions and follow systems that work.

- **Hungry.** You want a real career, not just a few extra shifts.

If that is not you, this will not work, and that is fine. We are looking for coaches who want to actually coach.

## Picture a Normal Week

Every session is booked before you arrive. The admin is done. Your mentor is in your corner every week. Your income is going up because you finally get to spend your time coaching instead of chasing. That is a normal week here.

**That is what the week looks like.**

## The Deal, In Plain English

Every trainer says that at first. So here it is in plain terms:

**Weekly 1 on 1 mentoring.** 15+ years of experience, every week, at no charge. Your mentor helps you close clients, fix programs and grow your income.

**Done for you systems.** Uniforms, business cards, trainer profile, client app and branding. All handled.

**Your own PT assistant.** Books sessions, sends reminders, handles follow ups and passes you notes before every client walks in. You just show up and coach.

**Mentoring that pays for itself.** A coach with 15+ years in the game helping you turn trials into ongoing clients, every single week.

**A diary that fills itself.** Our team runs the outreach so your week books out without you lifting a finger.

**A real client app.** Messaging,

appointments, programming, health stats and nutrition, all in one place.

## You Trained to Coach, Not to Cold Call and Pay Rent

Coaching is why you are here. Not sales scripts, not rent, not endless admin.

Not to waste it on:

- Hand over rent every week before you have earned a single dollar back

- Carry all the risk yourself with nobody in your corner when it gets hard

- Pay $300 a week for the privilege of cold calling strangers and hoping one shows up

- Watch your best clients leave because you had no time to actually program for them

The business side is what ends most PT careers early. Not the coaching. The everything else.

**Jamie Fitness handles all of that for you.**

## Who We Are

We are a coaching business that has placed 20+ trainers in 20+ clubs around Melbourne and Sydney. You coach, we handle the rest, the leads, the admin, the marketing and the systems. The outcome is steadier hours and better clients.
