Your Role

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you'll help ensure guests enjoy a clean, comfortable and welcoming hotel experience.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Cleaning and servicing guest rooms to high hotel standards
- Making beds and changing linen and towels
- Cleaning and maintaining bathrooms
- Replenishing guest amenities and room supplies
- Vacuuming and maintaining floors and surfaces
- Ensuring rooms are clean, tidy and presented to standard
- Using cleaning equipment and products safely
- Following FBM and hotel health, safety, hygiene and quality procedures
- Completing allocated tasks efficiently and to a high standard
- Working positively as part of a professional team
