We are a long-established Caloundra-based manufacturer seeking a Production Team Member to assist with product assembly and other manufacturing tasks as required.

Responsibilities

- Perform product assembly and finishing tasks to a high standard.
- Prepare plastic parts for the metallising process.
- Check completed metallised products to ensure a high-quality finish.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Follow production procedures, equipment operating instructions and safety requirements.
- Manage time effectively and plan, organise and monitor the completion of assigned tasks.
- Assist with other manufacturing and production tasks as required.

We're after someone who is a team player, eager to learn a variety of skills and reliable on a day-to-day basis. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not necessary. The position will be casual initially, with the possibility of full-time employment being offered to the right applicant.
