What you'll need

To be able to commence employment, you'll need to have, or be willing to obtain:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- National Police Check
- First Aid & CPR certification
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services or a related qualification (or equivalent experience, where applicable)




- A current Australian driver's licence (p2 minimum)
- Reliable access to a vehicle for work-related travel
- The right to work in Australia

Some requirements may vary depending on the position and clients you are supporting.

Previous disability or community services experience is highly regarded, but the right attitude is just as important.
