We are seeking a Lawyer (2+ years PAE) to join our team, working primarily across Property & Wills & Estates & Family Law . This is a great opportunity for a motivated practitioner to work within a collaborative and professional firm.
Key Responsibilities
Manage property matters , including conveyancing transactions
Advise clients on wills, estates, and succession planning
Assist with estate administration and probate matters
Assist and conduct with Family Law matters
Maintain client relationships and provide clear, practical legal advice
Manage files efficiently with a high level of attention to detail
Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years' post-admission experience
Experience in Property Law and Wills & Estates (essential)
Experience in Family Law would be useful
Minimum 2+ years' experience in Property Law required
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and client service skills
A proactive, reliable and hard-working attitude
