Infinite Care is seeking a Rostering & Staffing Specialist to lead daily roster management across direct, contracting and labour hire staff at Rose Court, Gilles Plains. The role reports to the General Manager and focuses on ensuring operational stability for residents and their families.

You will partner with the workforce optimisation team to keep rostering data up to date, manage in office staff allocations, and drive continuous improvement in rostering processes and systems.
