Omnia Community Health in Victoria is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the Adult Allied Health Team. The role offers 0.6–1.0 EFT with options for part time to full-time work, delivering evidence-based OT across home, community and telehealth settings.

You will assess and treat adults with ageing, disability and chronic conditions, prescribing equipment and home modifications to enhance independence and safety.
