About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations & Account Manager to support our growing automotive dealer network in Australia. You will act as a key point of contact for dealer partners and take ownership of day-to-day dealer operations, relationship management, onboarding, campaign coordination, lead performance and operational problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Dealer & Account Management

- Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned dealer partners.
- Build strong working relationships with dealership owners, managers and sales teams.
- Conduct regular dealer visits to understand business needs, review performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support new dealer onboarding and ongoing account operations.
- Identify potential dealer opportunities and support business development activities where required.

Dealer Operations

- Take ownership of day-to-day operational activities across assigned dealer accounts.
- Coordinate social media and advertising account setup, verification, access and authorisation.
- Troubleshoot operational issues relating to dealer accounts, platforms, campaigns and content delivery.
- Coordinate between dealer partners and internal teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.

Content, Campaign & Lead Performance

- Coordinate on-site vehicle content collection and ongoing content delivery.
- Support content execution across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
- Support the setup and execution of dealer paid-media campaigns.
- Monitor campaign and lead-generation performance, including leads, CPL, CPS, appointments and other relevant conversion indicators.




- Work with dealers to improve lead follow-up and campaign outcomes.

Reporting & Performance Improvement

- Maintain accurate dealer operational and performance records.
- Prepare regular performance updates covering content, campaigns, leads and dealer activities.
- Analyse operational data and dealer feedback to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
- Recommend actions to improve dealer performance and operational efficiency.
- Product & Market Feedback
- Gather dealer and customer feedback to identify local market requirements and operational pain points.
- Support testing and localisation of relevant dealer-facing and AI-assisted product features.
- Work with regional product and operations teams to communicate feedback and follow through on improvements.

About You

- 5+ years of experience in account management, dealer operations, automotive operations, digital marketing, customer success or a related field.
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Able to independently manage multiple dealer accounts and priorities.
- Comfortable working directly with dealership owners, managers and sales teams.
- Familiar with social media, digital advertising and lead-generation activities.
- Data-driven and comfortable interpreting campaign and operational performance.
- Hands-on, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-moving, growing business.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Valid Australian driver's licence.
- Regular travel to dealer locations required
- Willing to travel regularly to dealer locations and interstate where required.
- Mandarin communication skills would be advantageous for collaboration with regional teams.
