Lead the design, build and delivery of Appian applications end to end
Develop process models, SAIL interfaces, records, expression rules and data types
Build integrations with core systems using REST/SOAP APIs and connected systems
Provide technical leadership: code reviews, standards and best practices
Mentor developers and guide them through complex technical challenges
Work with product owners, BAs and architects to turn requirements into solutions
Manage deployments and releases across environments
Deliver in agile sprints using Jira and Confluence
Essential
5+ years' hands-on Appian development experience
Appian process modelling, SAIL, records, expression rules and CDTs
Appian integrations,
web APIs and connected systems
SQL and relational databases
Experience leading or mentoring development teams
Appian deployment, release management and performance tuning
Agile delivery (Scrum / Protected) and Jira / Confluence
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Highly Regarded
- Appian Data Fabric, Process HQ and AI Skills / IDP
- Appian RPA
- DevOps and CI/CD for Appian (Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
- Banking, insurance or government experience
- Appian Certified Senior or Lead Developer
