As Assistant

Manager, you’ll be hands-on in the store, supporting daily operations, the team and our customers.

What You’ll Do

- Prepare quality coffee, smoothies, açaí bowls and simple food
- Deliver friendly and efficient customer service
- Support store opening and daily operations
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness and presentation standards
- Assist with team training, coaching and onboarding
- Ensure procedures and service standards are followed
- Support the Store Manager with team leadership and operational priorities

Essential: Food Safety Supervisor qualification and availability for 4:30 am starts. Desirable: Supervisory/leadership experience and experience in café, smoothie, food retail or quick-service environments.
