As the Assistant Sous Chef, you will play a key leadership role in supporting and motivating the team while consistently delivering exceptional food quality and service standards. You will help uphold the highest levels of food safety and hygiene, effectively manage stock and costs, and contribute to the development and coaching of team members to drive a high-performing kitchen culture.

What are we looking for

- Proven culinary experience required in a high-end fine dining restaurant
- Experience driving quality and consistency, with a passion for food and a keen desire for continuous learning
- Ability to ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the kitchen
- Previous knowledge of food and labour cost controls, with basic computer skills
- A warm, naturally engaging personality that takes pride in delivering a memorable product
- Versatile availability, including weekends and public holidays
