We are seeking a passionate and client-focused Beauty Advisor to join the La Prairie team in our Flag Ship store, David Jones Elizabeth St.

As a Beauty Advisor, you will create exceptional luxury experiences through personalised skincare consultations and service excellence. You will build strong client relationships, support client recruitment and loyalty initiatives, and contribute to achieving retail sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional luxury client experiences.
- Conduct skincare consultations and personalised product recommendations.
- Achieve individual sales and productivity targets.
- Build a loyal client base through outstanding service and follow-up.
- Support client acquisition and retention activities.
- Assist with in-store events and promotional activity.
- Maintain Visual Merchandising and brand presentation standards.




- Represent La Prairie brand values at all times.

About You
- Experience within luxury beauty, prestige brand or premium retail.
- Strong passion for skincare and client service.
- Proven ability to achieve retail sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

- Flexible availability including weekends and late-night trade.
