400+ clinicians across QLD, NSW, VIC and SA.
We deliver Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Positive Behaviour Support, Physiotherapy and other allied health services across the lifespan.
We are currently seeking Behaviour Support Practitioners across multiple locations nationally to join our growing multidisciplinary team.
This role offers the opportunity to deliver evidence-informed, person-centred Behaviour Support services across home, school, clinic and community environments.

You’ll be supported to work across a varied caseload, with the autonomy to structure your day while being backed by a collaborative and experienced team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver evidence-informed Behaviour Support services across a diverse caseload
- Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop Behaviour Support Plans
- Support participants, families and stakeholders to implement meaningful strategies
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and Physiotherapists
- Manage your own schedule with flexibility across community, clinic and telehealth settings
- Participate in supervision, peer collaboration and ongoing professional development opportunities
- Structured onboarding and supervision aligned with NDIS requirements
- Ongoing mentoring and clinical support
- Clear progression pathways across practitioner levels

What You’ll Bring
- NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration core or above
- Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A person-centred, evidence-informed approach
- Driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community work
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
