You'll work with children, adolescents and adults with complex support needs across clinic, home, community and school settings, holding NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration at Core level or above. This is a role for someone with existing experience in the field who wants a multidisciplinary team around them and a genuine path into senior or leadership work.

ASSESSMENT & PLANNING

- Conduct behavioural support assessments
- Develop high-quality Behaviour Support Plans
- Deliver evidence-based Behaviour Support interventions

DELIVERY & COLLABORATION

- Provide support in clinic, home, community and school environments
- Work with children, adolescents and adults with complex support needs
- Collaborate with families, carers, support coordinators and other stakeholders
- Contribute to outcomes that improve quality of life and community participation

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

- Current NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration (Core level or above)
- Strong understanding of Behaviour Support frameworks
- Experience conducting assessments and developing Behaviour Support Plans
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills




- Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team
- A calm, patient and solution-focused approach
