What We're Looking For
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Positive, professional attitude
- Confident dealing with the public (face-to-face & phone)
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Willingness to learn new systems (basic computer skills required)
- Automotive experience is a bonus - but not essential!
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers and providing excellent service
- Booking vehicles for servicing and repairs
- Answering phone calls and customer enquiries
- Managing job cards, iPads, and daily bookings
- General administration, data entry, and email correspondence
- Reception duties and office housekeeping
- Supporting the team with day-to-day admin tasks
- Maintaining confidentiality at all times
