About The Role

As an Optical Dispenser,



you'll play an important role in helping patients find eyewear solutions that suit their vision, lifestyle, and personal style.

You'll work closely with patients throughout their eyewear journey, providing expert advice while delivering the warm and personalised service that our practice is known for.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who brings:

- A genuine passion for patient care and customer service
- Strong retail experience (optical experience highly regarded)
- The ability to quickly develop product knowledge and confidently share it with patients
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
- A positive attitude and strong team spirit
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work varying hours to support the needs of the practice
