A Big Opportunity is on the Menu at Briars SportsBriars Sports is seeking an experienced and motivated Catering Operator or Catering Business to take on an exciting catering opportunity at our Club in Concord NSW.

Briars Sports is a not-for-profit Sports and Licensed Club with a proud history dating back to 1918. Today, we have approximately 4,000 members, including a thriving sporting community across Cricket, Rugby Union, Hockey, Squash, Netball and Lawn Bowls. Catering_EOI_092026

We are looking for an innovative catering partner who can bring great food, fresh ideas and a welcoming dining experience to our members, sporting community, guests and local residents.

The OpportunityOur vision is for Briars Sports to be a central hub for our members and the wider community. The successful catering provider will play an important role in making that happen.

We are seeking a flexible catering solution capable of providing lunch and dinner seven days a week, with the potential to offer varied dining experiences, casual meals, functions and offerings tailored to different sporting groups and members. Catering_EOI_092026

Our Club facilities include a kitchen, bar,



dining room with seating for approximately 150 people, and a family-friendly outdoor area. Catering_EOI_092026

What We're Looking ForThe ideal operator will bring demonstrated experience in catering, hospitality or a related business, with the ability to operate successfully within a licensed Club setting.

You will have a strong understanding of food, health and safety requirements, the ability to deliver catering across Club activities and events, and a commitment to providing an offering that represents value, variety and quality.

Contract DetailsThe new Catering Services Contract is expected to commence on 1 April 2027, with an anticipated contract term of 2–3 years, subject to mutually agreed commercial terms. Catering_EOI_092026
