We are looking for a highly capable professional to lead and develop our Client Engagement function.

This is more than an account management role.

We want someone who can build strong relationships with business owners, understand both our clients' goals and our own business objectives, and align the two to create successful long-term outcomes.

You will understand client challenges and work with our technical team to facilitate the right solutions and outcomes.

This role requires someone who combines commercial awareness, strategic thinking, strong communication skills and disciplined execution.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Leading and continually improving our Client Engagement function.
- Building trusted relationships with business owners and key decision makers.
- Understanding client objectives and aligning technology recommendations accordingly.
- Conducting strategic business reviews and roadmap discussions.
- Identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes.
- Driving client retention and long-term account growth.
- Working closely with technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Maintaining regular engagement with clients and ensuring commitments are followed through.
- Supporting the growth and strategic objectives of Computing Today.
