As a Contract Support administrator you will be the first point of contact for raising and managing reactive and preventative work orders.

About Your New Role
- Being the first point of contact for raising and managing reactive and preventive workorders
- Processing calls and email and monitor complaints/escalations.
- Raise purchase/service orders and process invoices.
- Be system champion - CMMS, FMS and Finance Systems
- Monitor spend on the account and review account revenue & margin streams.
- Vendor management by tracking and monitoring vendor works and vendor coordination.
- Prepare customer reports and dashboards.
- Ensure QHSE documentation are well maintained on CBRE systems.
Skills And Experience
- Higher educational qualifications or degree
- Excellent PC based skills, with a high level of experience in Word/Excel and Outlook – intermediate to advance level.
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Experience in Finance &
- Administration is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients and draft correspondence and documentation.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines.
- Customer service focus with the ability to communicate with internal and external clients at all levels.
