Customer Service Operator – Part Time | Capalaba Central We’re looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Operator to join the team at Capalaba Central.

This is a part-time position working an 8-hour shift every second Friday, making it ideal for people looking for additional work alongside an existing job, study or other commitments. Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers
- Provide information about stores, services, promotions and events
- Manage lost property and customer enquiries




- Assist with centre activities and administration

- Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies

About You

- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Friendly, professional and reliable
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Confident using phones and computers
- Able to remain calm under pressure
- Available for an 8-hour shift every second Friday
