Sharp & Carter is sourcing a State Manager for New South Wales to lead 30 stores, from Sydney CBD to regional centres. You’ll partner with the Head of Retail, manage store managers and drive results, including opening recent sites and building strong local teams.
Based in NSW, you’ll coach managers on sales, staffing, rosters and stock, own the budget and P&L;, and ensure NSW standards are consistent across locations while collaborating with buying and marketing teams.
