The Role:

As an Orikan Parking Officer, you’ll be the face of local mobility. Every day, you’ll help improve parking equity and public safety by:

- Patrolling designated areas to monitor parking compliance
- Issuing infringement notices in line with Victorian road rules and the aligning council regulations
- Explaining road rules to residents and visitors




- Recording enforcement activities and keeping accurate logs
- Reporting incidents, hazards, or public safety concerns
- Representing council with professionalism, honestyand integrity

- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy and strong interpersonal skills
- Current driver’s licence (preferred - dependent on client requirements and location)
- Experience in customer service or enforcement (preferred but not essential)
- A willingness to learn the ins and outs of road safety and parking regulations
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster
- Weekend, public holiday and shift allowances where applicable
