Skills and Experience:
- ACECQA-approved Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
- Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Registration (Provisional or Full)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Training
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong understanding of the VEYLDF, EYLF, and NQF
- Passion for sustainability candidates preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement kinder program aligned with the VEYLDF and NQF.
- Provide clear pedagogical leadership and collaborate effectively with co-educators.
- Coordinate engaging incursions and activities to enrich the educational program.
