- Salary Range $79,932.56 - $90,597.62 per annum dependent onqualifications and experience

About the Role

The City Buildings Services Officer plays a key role in supporting the management and maintenance of the City’s building assets. The position is responsible for coordinating maintenance requests, administering systems and records, supporting compliance activities, assisting with contractor and procurement processes, and providing project and business support to the City Buildings & Asset Management team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing operational coordination,



administration and stakeholder engagement while contributing to the delivery of safe, compliant and well-maintained community facilities.

What we’re LookingFor

The successful candidate will have:

- Experience in a similar role, coordinating maintenancerequests and contractor activities will be highly regarded
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with theability to manage competing priorities
- Sound understanding of procurement, contract administrationand contractor management processes
- Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records, systemsand compliance documentation
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Robust customer service and stakeholder engagementskills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and corporate informationsystems
- Current WA Driver’s Licence
