Bay Building Services is seeking a Supervisor based in Brisbane to manage a diverse portfolio of domestic and commercial insurance reinstatement repairs. You will oversee site-based operations, engage trades, monitor progress and forecast revenue to meet monthly targets.
Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, scheduling, quality assurance and WHS adherence, with heavy client liaison and collaboration with procurement. A Certificate IV in Building and Construction is highly desirable.
