Liquid Personnel Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker to join its client’s Children in Care and Care Leavers Team in Newcastle. The post is based at Westgate Community College and supports looked after children and care leavers to achieve secure, independent futures.
You will hold a caseload, conduct statutory assessments, lead care and permanency planning, and work with carers, families, personal advisors, and multi-agency partners to ensure timely, child-centred outcomes.
